Where does your honey come from?
Our Belgian honey comes directly from our local beekeeper in Belgium. With no fewer than 11,000 hives spread across various locations, he ensures a diverse range of honey varieties. Depending on where the bees gather their nectar, different types of honey are produced. Think, for example, of delicious rapeseed honey and subtle acacia honey.
How are the bees cared for?
The well-being of our bees is our top priority. We work closely with our beekeeper and visit him regularly to ensure the bees are preserving sufficient honey. This is essential, especially in winter, so the bees can survive without sugar water. This keeps the honey pure and 100% natural.

Just like in the Netherlands, the weather in Belgium is unpredictable. This makes honey production exciting every year. In ideal weather—no rain and temperatures above 12 degrees Celsius—bees are at their best and honey is produced in abundance. However, some honey varieties may be less available in a given year due to weather conditions.
Why is my honey a different color?
The color of honey can vary. This can be because the honey was harvested in a different season or because you chose a different type of honey.
