Meet our local beekeeper from Belgium, where our Belgian honey comes from. With no fewer than 850 hives spread across various locations, he ensures a diverse range of honey varieties. Depending on where the bees gather their nectar, different types of honey are produced. Summer honey is made and harvested in the summer, which makes it special. You can taste all the flowers that bloom in the summer in the honey.

The summer honey has a creamy texture.

You can eat summer honey in many different ways. For example, you can simply eat it with a spoon. You can then let it melt on your tongue, or swallow it immediately. You can also choose to stir it into your yogurt or food.

Note! If you want to stir honey into your tea, it's best to keep your tea no warmer than 40°C (104°F). Once your tea is warmer than 40°C (104°F), the honey's enzymes can be destroyed.

Summer honey is not suitable for children under 1 year of age. It is also not suitable for people with allergies to bee products.

Shelf life

Honey doesn't actually have an expiration date, but its flavor can fade over time. Therefore, it's best consumed within two years.
