Family business

It started in our own backyard. For more than 20 years, we have been tending to our beehives and harvesting honey every year – pure nature, without additives. At first, we only shared the honey with family, friends, and neighbours. Their enthusiastic reactions and the increasing demand inspired us to share the honey with more people.

In 2020, during the COVID-19 pandemic, we decided to make our honey available online. Our daughter built the website, our sons helped with the promotion, and that's how Honingwinkel.nl was born: a place where you know exactly what you're buying, where quality is paramount, and where reliability and sustainability are central.

With us, you don't buy an anonymous jar: we work with local beekeepers, continue our family tradition, and offer full transparency about the origin and production method. This way, you are always assured of real, honest honey.

    We have a carefully curated assortment of honey and bee products – all of which are of high quality. For us, beekeeping is a passion, not a business model. We believe in the health benefits of honey and are happy to share them at a fair price. In addition, we donate at least 25% of our profits to social and sustainability projects.
