Pollen / bee pollen
Bee pollen, also known simply as pollen, are pollen grains collected by bees from flowers and trees. These grains are an essential part of the bees' diet and serve as a raw material for the production of bee bread and royal jelly. They are of great importance for maintaining strong and healthy bee colonies. However, it's not just bees that benefit from the healthy properties of pollen – bee pollen is also particularly valuable for humans. They contain a rich mix of nutrients, including proteins, vitamins, and minerals.
