The hives where our Summer Honey comes from are scattered throughout the Dutch countryside. During the summer months, the bees gather nectar from a wide variety of flowers, such as clover, sunflowers, and linden. This gives the Summer Honey a mild, floral flavor with a fresh, light sweetness, perfect for the summer season.
