How can you use or eat the honey?

In the morning: For best results, take one teaspoon of Manuka honey in the morning, ideally 30 minutes to 1 hour before breakfast and on an empty stomach.
In the evening: It is also suitable to use a teaspoon of Manuka honey in the evening, before or after dinner.

Shelf life

Honey doesn't have a strict expiration date, but its flavor can become slightly less intense over time. To maintain optimal flavor and quality, we recommend using honey within two years of purchase.
