How to use this propolis?
Apply a pea-sized amount of toothpaste to your toothbrush. Brush your teeth thoroughly, ideally after every meal, or at least twice a day, or as directed by a dentist or doctor. Make sure to reach all surfaces of your teeth and gums. Rinse your mouth well after brushing.
Shelf life
The toothpaste can be used for up to 6 months after opening.

The toothpaste is not suitable for people with an allergy to propolis and bee products.
