Description

This comb honey is a pure natural product originating from the sunny regions of Turkey. The honey is harvested directly from the beehive, including the natural honeycomb in which the honey is stored by the bees. It is a floral honey, composed of nectar from various wild flowers, which provides a rich and aromatic taste.

Taste

Full, sweet and floral with a slight spicy undertone. The taste varies by season and region, depending on the flowers from which the bees collect nectar.

Texture

The honey in the comb is liquid to slightly viscous, while the waxy comb itself has a soft, chewable texture. This makes comb honey a special and authentic honey experience.

How to use

Cut a piece from the comb and eat it plain, or use it as a natural sweetener with cheese, yogurt, nuts or on a piece of bread. The wax can be eaten or chewed and then spit out.
