How do you use/eat Propolia propolis ultra capsules?

Take 2/3 tablespoons daily for a month. For easier administration, you can mix the powder with honey and add it to a cup of hot tea, for example, or you can gradually dilute the propolis powder in a little warm water.

Note! If you want to stir the honey and propolis mixture into your tea, it's best to keep your tea no warmer than 40°C (104°F). Once your tea is warmer than 40°C (104°F), the honey's enzymes can be destroyed.

Propolia propolis ultra powder is not suitable for children under 3 years of age. It is also not suitable for people with allergies to bee products.
