How to use/consume Propolia's propolis ultra capsules?

Take 2/3 of a spoon daily for one month. For easy intake, you can mix the powder with honey and add it, for example, to a cup of warm tea, or you can choose to gradually dilute the propolis powder in a little warm water.

Please note! If you wish to stir the honey and propolis mixture into your tea, it is advisable that your tea is no warmer than 40°C. If your tea is warmer than 40°C, the enzymes in the honey can be lost.
