How to use/take Propolia's propolis ultra capsules?
A one-month course is recommended. It is advised to take 4 capsules before breakfast and 4 capsules before dinner every day, for a total of 8 capsules per day. For a one-month course, a total of 240 capsules are needed, which means two jars of 120 capsules.
