Propolia's gluten-free propolis capsules contain a high concentration of purified proplis (99%), which comes from beekeeping in the French Occitanie/Pyrénées-Méditerranée region.

How do you use/eat Propolia propolis ultra capsules?
A one-month course of treatment is recommended. It's recommended to take 4 capsules before breakfast and 4 capsules before dinner, for a total of 8 capsules per day. A one-month course requires a total of 240 capsules, or two bottles of 120 capsules.

Propolia propolis ultra capsules are not suitable for children under 3 years of age. They are also not suitable for people with allergies to bee products.
Shelf life
Always check the product packaging for the expiry date of the capsules.
