Propolis tincture is a liquid extract of propolis, obtained by steeping propolis in alcohol. This extraction process causes the bioactive compounds in propolis to dissolve in the alcohol, resulting in a concentrated tincture. How can this propolis be eaten/used?

Take 3 to 4 x 15 drops daily before meals with a little water. The drops do not dissolve in water.
