Product description

Propolis nasal spray is a natural product made from propolis, a resinous substance collected by bees from plants and trees. It's commonly used to clear the nose and provide relief from various upper respiratory ailments, such as allergies, sinusitis, and colds.

    Instructions for use

    To use propolis nasal spray correctly, follow these simple steps:

    1. First blow your nose to clear your nasal passages.
    2. Remove the cap from the nasal spray bottle.
    3. Tilt your head slightly forward and gently insert the tip of the bottle into one nostril.
    4. Inhale calmly through your nose while gently squeezing the bottle to activate the spray.
    5. Repeat this process for the other nostril.
    6. Wipe off any excess product with a tissue.
    7. Replace the cap on the bottle and store it in a cool, dry place.

    For children between 4-10 years:

    2 sprays twice a day.

    For children aged 11 and over and adults:

    2 sprays 3 times a day.
