Propolis is a sticky substance produced by bees from plant resins. Bees use propolis to protect their hives against bacteria, fungi, and other invaders.

    How to eat/use this propolis

    To use propolis nasal spray correctly, follow the steps below:

    1. Shake the nasal spray bottle well before use.
    2. Remove the cap and hold the bottle upright.
    3. Place the tip of the bottle in one nostril and gently squeeze the bottle to activate a spray.
    4. Inhale while spraying the product into your nose.
    5. Repeat these steps for the other nostril.
    6. Wipe off any excess product with a tissue.
    7. Replace the cap on the bottle and store it in a cool, dry place.

    The propolis nasal spray can be used up to 3 times a day. 

    Shelf life

    The propolis nasal spray can be used up to 12 months after opening.
