How to eat/use the honey ?
Clove honey is a versatile honey that can be used in a variety of ways. It can be used, for example, as a sweetener for drinks and pastries, or as a flavoring for salad dressings and marinades.
NB! If you want to stir honey into your tea, it's best to keep it no warmer than 40°C (104°F). Once your tea is warmer than 40°C (104°F), the honey's enzymes can be destroyed.

The honey is not suitable for children under 1 year of age. It is also not suitable for people with allergies to bee products.
Shelf life
Honey doesn't actually have an expiration date, but its flavor can fade over time. Therefore, it's best consumed within two years.
