How to use/eat the honey

Clover honey is a versatile honey that can be used in a variety of ways. It can be used, for example, as a sweetener for drinks and baked goods, or as a flavoring for salad dressings and marinades. Clover honey is also known for its health benefits, including antibacterial properties and a high antioxidant content.

Note! If you want to stir honey into your tea, it's best to keep your tea no warmer than 40°C (104°F). Once your tea is warmer than 40°C (104°F), the honey's enzymes can be destroyed.

Shelf life

Honey doesn't actually have an expiration date, but its flavor can fade over time. Therefore, it's best consumed within two years.
