Please note! If you want to stir the honey into your tea, it is advisable that your tea is not warmer than 40 C°. As soon as your tea is warmer than 40 C°, the enzymes in the honey can be lost.

Shelf life:
Honey technically has no expiration date, but the taste can fade over time. It is therefore best to consume the honey within two years.
