Weyn's ginger honey contains a delicious blend of honey and ginger. It's also delicious in tea. (Please note: the tea should not be warmer than 40°C).

Ginger honey is a blend of ginger and honey, where finely chopped ginger root is mixed with honey to create a deliciously flavored and healthy sweetener.

How to eat/use the honey ?

Note! If you want to stir honey into your tea, it's best to keep your tea no warmer than 40°C (104°F). Once your tea is warmer than 40°C (104°F), the honey's enzymes can be destroyed.

Shelf life:
Honey doesn't actually have an expiration date, but its flavor can fade over time. Therefore, it's best consumed within two years.
