You can eat De Traay's organic honey with royal jelly in many different ways. For example, you can simply eat the honey with a spoon. You can then let the honey melt on your tongue, or swallow it directly. You can also choose to stir the honey into your yogurt or food.

Please note! If you want to stir the honey into your tea, it is advisable that your tea is not warmer than 40 C°. As soon as your tea is warmer than 40 C°, the enzymes of the honey can be lost.

Organic honey with royal jelly is not suitable for children under 1 year. In addition, it is also not suitable for people with an allergy to bee products.

Shelf life

Honey actually has no expiration date, but the taste can fade over time. It is therefore best to consume the honey within two years.
