Vasilissa's black truffle honey is a blend of pure forest honey and black truffles from Greece. The honey has the flavor of forest honey with a hint of black truffle, yet has a relatively neutral flavor. It also contains many antioxidants, vitamins, and minerals, making it a natural superfood.

The honey is also certified and produced according to the standards of Greek organic farming.

How to eat/use the honey ?

You can eat black truffle honey in many different ways. For example, you can simply eat the honey with a spoon. You can then let it melt on your tongue, or swallow it immediately. You can also stir the honey into your yogurt or food.

Note! If you want to stir honey into your tea, it's best to keep your tea no warmer than 40°C (104°F). Once your tea is warmer than 40°C (104°F), the honey's enzymes can be destroyed.

Shelf life

Honey doesn't actually have an expiration date, but its flavor can fade over time. Therefore, it's best consumed within two years.

Black truffle honey is not suitable for children under 1 year of age. It is also not suitable for people with allergies to bee products.
