Product Description

Honey with goji berry from Vasilissa is a unique blend of pure wild forest honey, heather honey, and Tibetan goji berry. This special combination not only offers the sweet taste of honey but also the nutritious properties of goji berries.

Taste

Honey with goji berry has a very rich taste that combines the best of both worlds: the sweetness of honey and the characteristic taste of goji berries. The combination of sweet honey and the slightly tart notes of goji berries creates a harmonious and delicious flavor profile. It is a delight for the taste buds and offers a unique taste experience.

Texture

Honey with goji berry has a liquid texture, making it easy to use and dispense. The honey flows smoothly and can be easily incorporated into various dishes and drinks.

How to eat/use the honey?

Honey with goji berry from Vasilissa can be used and eaten in various ways. You can simply eat the honey with a spoon, letting the honey melt on your tongue and including the honeycomb pieces for extra texture. It is also delicious to stir honey with goji berry into yogurt or other dishes, giving them a sweet and nutritious addition.

Please note! If you want to add the honey with goji berry to your tea, make sure the temperature of the tea is no warmer than 40°C. At higher temperatures, the enzymes in the honey can be lost.

Shelf life

Honey naturally has a long shelf life and does not spoil quickly. However, the taste may fade over time. To enjoy optimal quality, it is recommended to consume honey with goji berry within two years of purchase. Store the honey in a cool, dry place, well-sealed and protected from moisture and direct sunlight.

Allergen Information

Honey with goji berry is not suitable for children under 1 year of age. Additionally, it may cause an allergic reaction in people with an allergy to bee products. It is important to be careful and consult a doctor if you are allergic to bee products before using honey with goji berry.
