Eucalyptus honey comes from the eucalyptus flower. These eucalyptus flowers grow in Uruguay. Bees that live around the eucalyptus flowers collect nectar from them. This nectar is used by the bees to produce premium eucalyptus honey.

The eucalyptus honey is a sweet honey with a refreshing caramel-like taste.

Texture

The eucalyptus honey has a soft, airy and creamy texture.

How to eat/use the honey ?

You can eat eucalyptus honey in many different ways. For example, you can simply eat it with a spoon. You can then let it melt on your tongue, or swallow it immediately. You can also stir it into your yogurt or food.

NB!  If you want to stir honey into your tea, it's best to keep it no warmer than 40°C (104°F). Once your tea is warmer than 40°C (104°F), the honey's enzymes can be destroyed.

Eucalyptus honey is not suitable for children under 1 year of age. It is also not suitable for people with allergies to bee products.

Shelf life

Honey doesn't actually have an expiration date, but its flavor can fade over time. Therefore, it's best consumed within two years.
