Lemon blossom honey is honey that comes from lemon trees, where bees collect nectar. Lemon trees have pink and white blossoms that are strongly scented. The tree also blooms four times a year.

Honey doesn't actually have an expiration date, but its flavor can fade over time. Therefore, it's best consumed within two years.
