You can enjoy Honingwinkel's blackberry honey in many different ways. For example, you can simply eat the honey with a spoon. You can then let it melt on your tongue, or swallow it immediately. You can also stir it into your yogurt or other food.

NB! If you want to stir honey into your tea, it's best to keep it no warmer than 40°C (104°F). Once your tea is warmer than 40°C (104°F), the honey's enzymes can be destroyed.

Shelf life

Honey doesn't actually have an expiration date, but its flavor can fade over time. Therefore, it's best consumed within two years.

Honingwinkel's blackberry honey is not suitable for children under 1 year of age. It is also not suitable for people with allergies to bee products.
