Note! If you want to stir honey into your tea, make sure it's no warmer than 40 degrees Celsius. Temperatures above 40 degrees Celsius can destroy the enzymes in the honey.

Although honey generally has an unlimited shelf life, its flavor can subtly change over time. We recommend using the honey within two years of purchase for the best taste experience.
