Product description

The distinctive polyfloral flower honey is produced in beehives in the Bulgarian fields. The honey's flavor and color vary significantly seasonally, due to the variety of wild flowers.

Taste

It has a soft, sweet and delicate taste with subtle floral notes.

Texture

The texture of flower honey can also vary, but generally this honey has a fairly thin consistency and a clear, light yellow color.

How to eat/use the honey ?

• Raw: Spoon a little honey from the jar and let the honey melt on your tongue.
• In dishes: add some honey to your dishes to give them a natural sweetness.
• In tea: add some honey to your favorite tea.

NB! If you want to stir honey into your tea, it's best to keep it no warmer than 40°C (104°F). Once your tea is warmer than 40°C (104°F), the honey's enzymes can be destroyed.

The honey is not suitable for children under 1 year of age. It is also not suitable for people with allergies to bee products.

Shelf life

Honey doesn't actually have an expiration date, but its flavor can fade over time. Therefore, it's best consumed within two years.
