How to use/eat the honey?

Honey is ideal as a sweetener in tea, coffee, yogurt, or smoothies. It can also be used as a spread on bread or as an ingredient in pastries and desserts.

Note! If you want to stir honey into your tea, it's best to keep your tea no warmer than 40°C (104°F). Once your tea is warmer than 40°C (104°F), the honey's enzymes can be destroyed.

Shelf life

Honey doesn't actually have an expiration date, but its flavor can fade over time. Therefore, it's best consumed within two years.
