Product description

Coriander honey is a type of honey made by bees that collect nectar from the Coriandrum sativum plant and then process it into honey. The honey also has a light yellow to dark yellow color.

Taste

The coriander honey has a spicy, floral flavour with a hint of citrus and coriander.

Texture

Coriander honey has a fairly runny, syrupy texture. It has a relatively low viscosity, making it easy to pour and use.

How can you use or eat the honey?

You can enjoy Traay's coriander honey in many different ways. For example, you can simply eat the honey with a spoon. You can then let it melt on your tongue, or swallow it immediately. You can also stir the honey into your yogurt or food.
Note! If you want to stir honey into your tea, it's best to keep your tea no warmer than 40°C (104°F). Once your tea is warmer than 40°C (104°F), the honey's enzymes can be destroyed.

Allergen information

De Traay coriander honey is not suitable for children under 1 year of age. It is also not suitable for people with allergies to bee products or coriander.

Shelf life

Honey doesn't actually have an expiration date, but its flavor can fade over time. Therefore, it's best consumed within two years.
