How can this propolis be eaten/used?
Shake well before use. Take one ampoule every morning for 10 days (one and a half ampoule is recommended for children over 3 years old), mix the ampoule with a glass of water or fruit juice. Squeeze the mixture in the ampoule over a glass of water or fruit juice.
