Get to know the origin
Discover the softness of our organic clover honey. This honey is collected from vast, organically certified clover fields where bees can go about their business undisturbed. Because these fields are free from artificial pesticides, it yields an extremely pure honey that perfectly preserves the subtle nuances of white and red clover blossoms.
Product description
Organic Clover Honey is a light, refined type of honey. It is known as one of the most beloved honey types worldwide due to its mild character and the creamy properties it can naturally develop.
Taste
Clover Honey has a soft, delicate taste with a slight hint of vanilla. It is a less overpowering honey, making it the ideal choice for those looking for a subtle sweetness that doesn't overwhelm other ingredients in a dish.
Texture
This honey has a beautiful, light yellow color. Clover honey is known for crystallizing relatively quickly into a fine, creamy structure. This makes the honey very spreadable and easy to use, without dripping off your bread or spoon.
Usage tips
Organic Clover Honey is the perfect all-rounder in the kitchen:
-
On bread: Thanks to its often creamy texture, it's the ideal honey for rusks, crackers, or sandwiches.
-
For children: Due to its mild, accessible taste, this is often the favorite honey for the whole family.
-
In dressings: Mix the honey with a little mustard and olive oil for a silky-smooth dressing.
-
Hot drinks: An excellent sweetener for white or green tea. Only add the honey when the tea is at drinking temperature (maximum 40°C) to preserve its natural properties.
Shelf life
Honey is naturally very long-lasting. For the best taste experience and texture, we recommend consuming the honey within two years of purchase. Preferably store the jar in a dark place at room temperature.
Allergen information
Not suitable for children under 1 year of age. Not recommended for individuals allergic to bee products.
