Honey with ginger is a blend of delicious organic honey and ginger. To receive the organic certification, organic honey with ginger must meet several requirements. For example, it's crucial that no chemical pesticides are used within a three-kilometer radius. Furthermore, it's crucial that the hives and combs containing the honey are not chemically disinfected. The hives are not treated with chemical paints or stains. Furthermore, any diseases that may develop among bees must only be treated naturally.

Texture

The dynamic flower honey from Traay has an almond-like colour and a creamy texture.

How can you use or eat the honey?

You can enjoy Traay's ginger honey in many different ways. For example, you can simply eat the honey with a spoon. You can then let it melt on your tongue or swallow it immediately. You can also stir the honey into your yogurt or food.

Note! If you want to stir honey into your tea, it's best to keep your tea no warmer than 40°C (104°F). Once your tea is warmer than 40°C (104°F), the honey's enzymes can be destroyed.

De Traay's ginger honey is not suitable for children under 1 year of age. It is also not suitable for people with allergies to bee products.

Shelf life

Honey doesn't actually have an expiration date, but its flavor can fade over time. Therefore, it's best consumed within two years.
