Product Description

Country of origin

Greece

Product description

100% pure organic Greek honey is considered the most prestigious Greek honey available, as it is rich in antioxidants, vitamins and minerals and is a natural superfood.

The organic thyme honey from the Vaslissa brand also comes from the Greek island of Evia (from local beekeepers) and is quite light in color. The honey is also certified and produced according to Greek organic farming standards.

Taste

Thyme honey has a very spicy, aromatic and exceptional taste.

Texture

The organic thyme honey has a silky, fluid texture.

How to eat/use the honey ?

You can eat thyme honey in many different ways. For example, you can simply eat it with a spoon. You can then let it melt on your tongue, or swallow it immediately. You can also stir it into your yogurt or other food.

Note! If you want to stir honey into your tea, it's best to keep your tea no warmer than 40°C (104°F). Once your tea is warmer than 40°C (104°F), the honey's enzymes can be destroyed.

Allergen information

Thyme honey is not suitable for children under 1 year of age. It is also not suitable for people with allergies to bee products.

Shelf life

Honey doesn't actually have an expiration date, but its flavor can fade over time. Therefore, it's best consumed within two years.
