Product Description

Country of origin

Germany

Product description

Organic dynamic Demeter acacia honey is a high-quality honey produced by bees collecting nectar from flowering acacia trees. The honey originates from Germany and meets the strict requirements of the Demeter certification for biodynamic agriculture. Thanks to this sustainable production method, the natural properties and pure taste of the honey are optimally preserved.

Taste

Acacia honey is known for its soft, mild, and refined taste with subtle floral notes. Due to its high natural fructose content, this honey also remains liquid longer than most other types of honey.

Texture

De Traay's organic dynamic Demeter acacia honey has a clear, golden-yellow color and a soft, liquid texture. This makes the honey easy to dose and versatile in use.

How can you use or eat the honey?

Acacia honey can be used in various ways:

  • Enjoy a spoonful of pure honey as a natural sweet treat.
  • Stir the honey into yogurt, quark, oatmeal, or muesli.
  • Use the honey as a natural sweetener in tea, coffee, or smoothies.
  • Add the honey to dressings, marinades, desserts, or baking recipes for a soft, refined sweet taste.

Please note! When adding honey to tea, it is recommended that the temperature of the tea does not exceed 40 °C. At higher temperatures, the natural enzymes in the honey may be lost.

Allergen information

De Traay's organic dynamic Demeter acacia honey is not suitable for children younger than 1 year. People with an allergy to bee products should be cautious when consuming this honey.

Shelf life

Honey is naturally very long-lasting. Although honey does not spoil quickly, its taste may diminish slightly over time. For the best taste, it is recommended to consume the honey within two years of purchase. Store the honey well-sealed in a cool, dry place and avoid direct sunlight.
