Our apple blossom honey comes from Italian orchards populated by apple trees. Pure apple blossom honey is believed to be therapeutic for asthma and other respiratory problems. Due to the acidity of apple blossom honey, its nutritional value should also be considered significant.

Taste

The taste is soft, delicate and fruity, with a mild sweetness and subtle fruity notes.

The honey is harvested in early spring and crystallizes into a pale, solid honey with a soft texture.
