Avocado honey is made by bees that collect nectar from avocado blossoms. These bees are mainly found in areas where avocados grow. The bees convert the nectar into honey, which has a characteristic avocado flavor.

How to use/eat this honey?

Our Honingwinkel avocado honey is delicious to eat straight from the spoon. You'll immediately taste the full flavor and creamy texture. Whether you use it in baking or simply eat it plain, this honey is always delicious.

Note! If you want to add honey to your tea, make sure it's no warmer than 40 degrees Celsius. If your tea is warmer than 40 degrees Celsius, the enzymes in the honey can be destroyed.

Shelf life

Although honey theoretically has an unlimited shelf life, its flavor can change over time. For an optimal taste experience, we recommend using honey within two years of purchase .
