What is acacia honey

Acacia honey is a type of honey where bees collect nectar from the white blossoms of the acacia tree. The honey has a fairly clear color and crystallizes with difficulty.

How to use/eat acacia honey?

You can eat Weyn's acacia honey in many different ways. For example, you can simply eat the honey with a spoon. You can then let the honey melt on your tongue, or swallow it directly. You can also choose to stir the honey into your yogurt or food.

Please note! If you want to stir the honey into your tea, it is advisable that your tea is not warmer than 40°C. If your tea is warmer than 40°C, the enzymes in the honey may be lost.

Weyn's acacia honey is not suitable for children under 1 year of age. It is also not suitable for people with an allergy to bee products.

Shelf life

Honey technically has no expiration date, but its flavor can fade over time. Therefore, it is best consumed within two years.
