Acacia honey is a type of honey made by bees that collect nectar from the white blossoms of the acacia tree. The honey has a fairly clear color and crystallizes poorly.

How to use/eat acacia honey?

You can enjoy Weyn's acacia honey in many different ways. For example, you can simply eat it with a spoon. You can then let it melt on your tongue or swallow it immediately. You can also stir it into your yogurt or other food.

Note! If you want to stir honey into your tea, it's best to keep your tea no warmer than 40°C (104°F). Once your tea is warmer than 40°C (104°F), the honey's enzymes can be destroyed.

Weyn's acacia honey is not suitable for children under 1 year of age. It is also not suitable for people with allergies to bee products.

Shelf life

Honey doesn't actually have an expiration date, but its flavor can fade over time. Therefore, it's best consumed within two years.
