Description

This artisanal rosemary honey is a delicacy from the sun-drenched hills of Spain, where bees collect nectar from blooming rosemary plants. The honey has a light, golden colour and a refined, aromatic flavour reminiscent of Mediterranean herb fields.

Taste

Soft, mild, and slightly herbal with subtle floral notes. Not too sweet, with an elegant aftertaste typical of rosemary.

Texture

Fine and creamy in texture. Depending on temperature and season, the honey may slowly crystallise, which is a sign of natural, unprocessed quality.

How to use

Perfect to use as a natural sweetener in tea, over yoghurt or soft cheeses, in dressings, or as a flavour enhancer in Mediterranean dishes. Also delicious on a fresh slice of bread or with roasted nuts.
