Instructions for use
Brush your teeth thoroughly with this toothpaste, preferably after every meal or as recommended by your dentist. Rinse your mouth after brushing.
Shelf life after opening
Store the toothpaste according to the instructions on the packaging and use it within the indicated period after opening for optimal effectiveness.
